Operation Manager

Bringing more than 14 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, inventory management, and production scheduling Kim excels at building supplier relationships and leading the operations team with energy and contagious humor.

Customer Service

With over ten years at Sunnex LLC, Michelle excels in customer service and accounts support, managing quotes, orders, and invoices. She is a proud grandmother of three, known for her positive and engaging presence in the office.

Account Manager

With decades of experience in Sales and Customer Service, Dawn focuses on Sunnex Mounts Accounts, where she excels in building strong client relationships and providing a great customer experience. Beyond her professional achievements, Dawn is devoted to her grandchildren, and enjoys the outdoors with her pup.

 

Engineering

With a strong background in quality management and R&D, Bill oversees the ISO 9001 QMS, product documentation, customer technical support and vendors qualification.
