AM-Series
Sunnex AM-Series Anti-Vibration Mounts are best suited for those applications where vibration attenuation and chemical resistance is of primary concern.
The entire shape and form of the stainless steel and zinc plated machine mounts excludes pockets or recesses where dirt or moisture can collect helping to prevent corrosion or bacterial growth. This makes the AM-Series ideal for applications that require constant cleaning.
The bolt through connection of the base unit and the bolt provide a solid connection while providing the advantage of a 7.5 degree swivel.

Hygienic Type H
These FDA and USDA approved stainless mounts meet the strict criteria and all regulation requirements for food and drug processing equipment. A special rubber is vulcanized to the housing producing a completely hygienic seal. The ANSI 304 stainless steel provides high corrosion resistance. The full range of motion from a 10° pivot provides secure footing and complete vibration control. This model is available in a fully FDA approved version with or without thread casings for maximum thread adjustment. Either version is also available in NSI 316 SS, for aggressively corrosive environments. Alternate designs include one or two anchoring holes that secure to the floor.
Hygienic Type M
The Sunnex Type Hygienic M Series has a rounded and polished design, for applications requiring frequent cleaning and wash-down. The 5" swivel provides full functionality even on inclined surfaces. Models are available in a wide range of load capacities, bolt diameters and length configurations. The M Series Hygienic Leveling Mounts are for added cleanliness. Optional anchoring holes are available to provide easy fastening to equipment. In addition, integrated adjustment flats in the bolt allow full adjustment, without sacrificing height, even in a blind hole design.
Hygienic Type XH
The XH machine foot is certified according to the 3A hygienic standard: “88-00” and certified according to the EHEDG hygienic standard TYPE EL - CLASS 1. The patented XH machine foot is sealing all moveable parts 100 % hygienically, even if the load on the foot is removed. The design of the XH system reduces the cleaning effort to an absolute minimum. The sleeve covers the thread, and also functions as a nut. The machine foot admits slopes up to 10° of floors and equipment. The XH machine foot is marked with the 3A and EHEDG logo. Instructions of mounting/cleaning, the 3A and EHEDG certificate are sent together with the shipment.

The design of the XH-HL-3A-FA machine foot reduces the cleaning effort to an absolute minimum. The machine foot admits slopes up to 10° of floors and equipment. Two standard flanges are on stock. Leveling Casters
Sunnex's Level Caster Product fits every mounting requirement neatly into one package; offering the functionality of three products for the price of one. The Level Caster incorporates a high-grade nylon wheel for easy movement, a mount for precise leveling, and a rubber pad for anti-vibration control.
LN/LS/LP-Series
The Sunnex LN Series of nylon leveling mounts are well equipped for many applications. These economical mounts provide fast, easy, and precise leveling, and are available with a variety of mounting options including free-standing, bolt-down and anti-skid pads. All Sunnex leveling mounts are modular in design, consisting of two parts: a base and a threaded bolt. These base units can be combined with any thread type, size and material (Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated), allowing you to specify the correct configuration for your application.
The swivel mounts are specifically designed to provide a smooth, angular movement, which accommodates variations in floor elevations. The swivel interface uses a non-galling precision ball and socket joint for full range motion over 15 degrees.
LL-Series
Sunnex LL Leveling Element for loads of up to 4,400 Lbs. The Sunnex LL Leveling element is ideal for mid-range load requirements. The solid steel articulated ball and socket design of the swivel connection provides a low friction interface for equipment to floor. Simple and standard design allows for quick interchangeability with many other swivel level mounts.
M-Series
The M-Series OSM vibration mount is designed for use on machinery that does not require fastening to the floor. It has been designed with the aid of FEM analysis, which prevents fatigue from fast working cycle times and strong lateral forces in heavy machinery.
Replacing the M-series mount is easy - simply unscrew and slide the mount under the machine. The reinforced leveling bolt support cup distributes machine loads to the support points within the mount. The leveling element provides direct and reliable machine mounting to suit most installation needs.
Vertical as well as horizontal forces are dampened out by the integral nitrile pad, which also provides chemical resistance to most fluids.
MHD-Series
The MHD leveling element is ideal for machines exerting significant vertical and horizontal forces, where a secure, high-precision connection between the bedding element and machine is required. The unique design absorbs impulses and shock in high-speed machinery, where damping is critical.
The Sunnex MHD consists of the following components: impact housing, pressure plate, pressure cylinder and integrated adjustable screw with nut and washer. This patented design is the key to providing 1/100mm leveling accuracy over the entire 30mm range. An integral locking device prevents the MHD from coming apart during installation or relocation of the machine. It maintains excellent horizontal dynamic stability and features a specially designed damping pad that effectively isolates supported machinery.
SP-Series
Sunnex SP machine vibration pads are used in many areas of industry to insulate machinery against the adverse effects of impact, vibration, and structure-borne noise, and also to prevent slipping.
There are 5 types of SP machine vibration pads to choose from, each with its own specific hardness, natural frequency, and load-bearing characteristics.
SP machine vibration pads are resistant to all types of grease, acid, oil, and cooling emulsion normally encountered in manufacturing environments. The pad also provides an excellent tolerance to a wide range of temperature variations. All SP machine vibration pads are made of special nitrile rubber, a material containing no PVC or silicon.

The design and patent protected LCXHB hygienic leveling swivel castor with brake, is the optimal choice for machinery and equipment in diverse sanitary production environments. The LCXHB is equipped with a horizontal and vertical brake, which totally locks the position of the castor.
Spindle parts are 100% hygienically sealed with blue sealings detectable by scanning systems.

WM-Series
The Sunnex WM wedge style series of leveling mounts are designed for applications requiring the highest load capacities, as well as high-precision leveling adjustment. The WM series combines minimal height profile with passive vibration dampening.
The WM is most widely used in its standard configuration of free standing connection, however for those equipment types with large horizontal forces. Sunnex WM leveling mounts are available in both a bolt on and a bolt through design variation.
