Hygienic Type H Stainless Steel Hygienic Leveling Mount | Sunnex
These FDA and USDA approved stainless mounts meet the strict criteria and all regulation requirements for food and drug processing equipment. A special rubber is vulcanized to the housing producing a completely hygienic seal. The ANSI 304 stainless steel provides high corrosion resistance. The full range of motion from a 10° pivot provides secure footing and complete vibration control. This model is available in a fully FDA approved version with or without thread casings for maximum thread adjustment. Either version is also available in NSI 316 SS, for aggressively corrosive environments. Alternate designs include one or two anchoring holes that secure to the floor.

In addition, integrated adjustment flats in the bolt allow full adjustment, without sacrificing height, even in a blind hole design.

The XH machine foot is certified according to the 3A hygienic standard: “88-00” and certified according to the EHEDG hygienic standard TYPE EL - CLASS 1. The patented XH machine foot is sealing all moveable parts 100 % hygienically, even if the load on the foot is removed. The design of the XH system reduces the cleaning effort to an absolute minimum. The sleeve covers the thread, and also functions as a nut. The machine foot admits slopes up to 10° of floors and equipment. The XH machine foot is marked with the 3A and EHEDG logo. Instructions of mounting/cleaning, the 3A and EHEDG certificate are sent together with the shipment.

The Sunnex LN Series of nylon leveling mounts are well equipped for many applications. These economical mounts provide fast, easy, and precise leveling, and are available with a variety of mounting options including free-standing, bolt-down and anti-skid pads. All Sunnex leveling mounts are modular in design, consisting of two parts: a base and a threaded bolt. These base units can be combined with any thread type, size and material (Stainless Steel or Zinc Plated), allowing you to specify the correct configuration for your application.
The swivel mounts are specifically designed to provide a smooth, angular movement, which accommodates variations in floor elevations. The swivel interface uses a non-galling precision ball and socket joint for full range motion over 15 degrees.

M-Series Heavy-Duty Leveling Machine Mount | Sunnex
The M-Series OSM vibration mount is designed for use on machinery that does not require fastening to the floor. It has been designed with the aid of FEM analysis, which prevents fatigue from fast working cycle times and strong lateral forces in heavy machinery.
Replacing the M-series mount is easy - simply unscrew and slide the mount under the machine. The reinforced leveling bolt support cup distributes machine loads to the support points within the mount. The leveling element provides direct and reliable machine mounting to suit most installation needs.
Vertical as well as horizontal forces are dampened out by the integral nitrile pad, which also provides chemical resistance to most fluids.
MHD-Series Heavy-Duty Leveling Machine Mount | Sunnex
The MHD leveling element is ideal for machines exerting significant vertical and horizontal forces, where a secure, high-precision connection between the bedding element and machine is required. The unique design absorbs impulses and shock in high-speed machinery, where damping is critical.
The Sunnex MHD consists of the following components: impact housing, pressure plate, pressure cylinder and integrated adjustable screw with nut and washer. This patented design is the key to providing 1/100mm leveling accuracy over the entire 30mm range. An integral locking device prevents the MHD from coming apart during installation or relocation of the machine. It maintains excellent horizontal dynamic stability and features a specially designed damping pad that effectively isolates supported machinery.
